Cytoplasm is found in both plant and animal cells. Cytoplasm is a jelly like fluid made of 70-90% water and is normally clear. The function of Cytoplasm is to suspend all of the other organelles inside the cell. Cytoplasm is found everywhere inside the cell because it has to keep all of the organelles inside it. If a cell didn’t have any cytoplasm it wouldn’t be able to move its other parts to where they needed to go so it wouldn’t be able to do any tasks.
